Our Overall Service
The performance of the job was fantastic. The work took only a couple of hours to complete very satisfied with the out come.
The First Phone Call
I was contacted the next business day and had an inspection date set up within three days. The work was started and completed by the 7 day from the time I made the first call.
Our Office Staff
From the office staff to the repair technician to the owner all were very professional in their approach to having my basement wall fixed to my satisfaction.
Our Salesperson and Sales Presentation
Although I didn't have an actual presentation I had heard about the company through a friend.
Our Installation Crew
The installation crew was fantastic, they went about their business in a very professional manner. When I asked questions they answered them with simple technical terms.
The Cleanup Process
Once the work had been completed, they cleaned and vacuumed up all the area.
