We have a about a 6 foot long fine crack our basement wall near a basement window which is allowing water in during rains. We have cut away the inside wall board and located the crack. What would you do to fix it? Is your warranty transferable to a new owner? When would you be able to start, and how long would it take? What would be your quote? Are there any other question I need to ask? Blessings Don

We have bought this home at Tincap about 8 months ago and we had the musty smell in our bathroom and can't seem to get ride of it. So we have a crawl space and it seems to be part dirt and in the middle there is this big concrete square in the middle at the other end is dirt. I think this part was built in 2001 and in 2004 they add on but a pour slab with in floor heat. So I am hoping you can help us out thanks Ronnie
