Old stone basement, water is coming up through a 1" drilled hole in the concrete floor. Not sure the purpose of this hole. No sump pump, only an old groove and small drain hole for the water to exit. Looking to stop water entry (primary goal), possibly install sump pump (secondary).

Water leaking into basement (where floor meets wall and up through the floor). We have only been here since Oct of last year and until tonight, have only had a few small puddles. Tonight we ended up spending 4-5 hours with the shopvac to keep ahead of the water. The foundation is concrete w/ no drainage / sump pump. I would like to get ahead of this issue.

House built approx 1955, no sump pump pit, recently had plumbing in basement roughed in, now with concrete re-poured in the trenches that were cut, some ground water will seep up through where the old concrete meets the new, don't want to have floor tiled and allow this to continue and have mold growth, wondering best solution.. thanks

During heavy rainfalls my basement leaks in some water at 1 corner of the house in the crawlspace. The cinderblocks get dark in sections on the wall while the outside of the house is a window well surrounding ductwork and a chimney which I believe is the source of the problem. I would like to have a quote and description of what exactly needs to be done to waterproof it and timeframe.

We have a about a 6 foot long fine crack our basement wall near a basement window which is allowing water in during rains. We have cut away the inside wall board and located the crack. What would you do to fix it? Is your warranty transferable to a new owner? When would you be able to start, and how long would it take? What would be your quote? Are there any other question I need to ask? Blessings Don
