Old fashioned sales and service. In these days of slipshod tradesmen it was a real pleasure to work with these people. Every aspect of the job was performed beyond our expectations.
Extremely well organized, use drop sheets all over area they walk on, use external air extraction and kept working area sealed to minimize dust thoughout the house. Work done per schedule even work outside was performed using drop sheets to keep lane clean. Would use their service again but hope I don't need to Thanks

Overall I was very happy with the service and the installation. I had questions after the fact about something and they were answered promptly. I also asked lots of questions about the pump...and Alain was good at explaining it and showing me.
When undertaking a basement renovation, the last thing you want to start off with is water issues. Knowing our exterior weeping tile was failing thanks to a small excavation outside and high moisture levels in the basement, we contacted Atlantic Basement Systems in search of a solution that would not include digging up the entire circumference of the house. We were offered a more cost-effective solution that was also less chaotic. The crew was professional and the job completed in the alloted time and budget. My basement is now finished and I have the peace of mind knowing that water issues are not going to spoil the investement. Every time I hear the sump pump trigger I am reminded that I made the right choice. Thank you Atlantic!
Installation crew were very courteous & took the time to answer questions. I feel the owner went out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied with the job.
A job well done. Installation staff were very helpful.
Although there was a lot of fine dust I think they did their best to contain as much as possible.
