I just wanted to thank you and your on-call technician, John Lindsay, for the speedy response to our recent call. During the recent ice storm & power outage we discovered that our secondary pump had failed. Even though it was Good Friday, John arrived at our place within an hour of me making the call, and the replacement pump was installed quickly and efficiently.
