I am looking to insulate my crawl space

Crack in basement wall/foundation (basically vertical from floor to window). It appears to have been "fixed" at some point years ago by a previous owner. We didn't know it was there - it was behind dryway and we haven't had water issues. But water came in during recent heavy rain. We discovered the crack when removing drywall after water damate (it is now exposed). Looking for options and quotes on fixes to prevent future water entry. Thanks!
