When undertaking a basement renovation, the last thing you want to start off with is water issues. Knowing our exterior weeping tile was failing thanks to a small excavation outside and high moisture levels in the basement, we contacted Atlantic Basement Systems in search of a solution that would not include digging up the entire circumference of the house. We were offered a more cost-effective solution that was also less chaotic. The crew was professional and the job completed in the alloted time and budget. My basement is now finished and I have the peace of mind knowing that water issues are not going to spoil the investement. Every time I hear the sump pump trigger I am reminded that I made the right choice. Thank you Atlantic!

The salesperson was professional and knew their stuff. The problem was diagnosed quickly and several options were offered including different grades of pumps, phased installation to accommodate costs, etc. There was no sales pressure and detailed product information was left with us so we could do our own research after the meeting. No extras were added to the quote during the work and everything played out as described by the salesperson.
The installation crew showed up a little before the specified time every day so were ready to go at "start time". I was invited down to inspect the progress between various steps and was given a detailed explanation of the products, their use and maintenance as well as details on the installation process.
Using a jackhammer in a closed-in space like a basement for a day and mixing/pouring many bags of concrete is not a clean process and my basement was just as clean when they left as when they started. Some clean-up was performed at the end of each day asl well.
